Here's who I am & what I do
When teams need to fix a problem, bring calm and direction to an upset customer, implement a solution (not just technology-based), or an advisor to help craft a plan that can be executed, they often turn to me. I'm naturally curious, an aggressive listener, and work tirelessly to accomplish the goal. I have worked 20+ years helping customers solve business problems related to business processes and using information systems to make businesses operate more efficiently and effectively. I am a leader in Customer Success and Implementation Services (aka Professional Services).
I have a deep passion for coaching managers and teams on how to be successful and am slightly obsessed with creating customer advocates.
Outside of work, I'm a husband to an awesome and talented wife, an endurance triathlete (6 x Ironman; >30 Half Ironmans), and an ultramarathon runner.
